How we use your data
Shown to every learner at signup. By creating an account you acknowledge having read this statement.
Welcome to Logan EMS Shelby Training. This platform exists to help you grow as a clinician.
The questions you answer, the scenarios you complete, and the time you spend studying produce data we use to give you better feedback and to help you target what to work on next.
Your performance data belongs to you.
Here's how we handle it:
- We use your data to show you your own progress, to identify what to study next, and to issue continuing education credit where applicable.
- Aggregate, anonymized patterns help us improve the platform and identify gaps in our source material.
- We do not use your performance data to evaluate you for employment decisions, discipline, or any kind of adverse action.
- We do not provide your individual performance data to your employer for those purposes. If your employer asks us for it, we will decline.
- Detailed item-level performance is retained for 12 months. After that it is aggregated to topic-level for trend analysis, and the individual answers you gave are no longer stored.
- You may request a copy of your own data at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
A practical note about the predictive score
On certification-prep tracks, the score we show you is a calibrated estimate of where you are right now, presented as a range, not a verdict. It exists to help you study smarter, not to judge you. Honest feedback is the point — but we frame it constructively, lead with strengths, and never use it against you.

Contact the program administrator or your medical director if you have questions about how your data is used. We'll answer plainly.
